Just two more weeks until Ring Of Honor finally starts broadcasting new in-ring content from the first set of 'ROH Bubble' tapings. Given that they plan to relaunch with the Pure Tournament, the timing couldn't be better for a profile episode on 'Hot Sauce' Tracy Williams. He is one of the finest technical wrestlers in the world and has been an incredibly under-rated presence on the roster since he debuted in 2018. 

Tracy welcomes us to the show and gives us a flavour of his life during the pandemic in New York City.

Williams says that match with Gresham earned him his ROH contract, and he joined the full-time roster with a mission to preserve, protect and uphold 'true, pure professional wrestling'.

He talks about his time in Lifeblood, which was blighted by Bully Ray on a 'one man ego trip' for 'what felt like an eternity'. He could be talking in kayfabe, or completely out of character on that one.

Hot Sauce admits that at times he last lost his way during his time in ROH thus far, but when Ring Of Honor returns with the Pure Championship Tournament he promises he will show everyone how dangerous he is...

Tape Rating - N/A - I'll be the first to admit that Tracy Williams chatting on a New York City pavement is hardly going to get the pulses racing or viewers to tune into the TV show in their droves. But I really love both of those first two matches. I've seen and reviewed them both before of course, but I actually sat and watched them again here just because I like them. Williams is REALLY good, on a comparable level to guys like Gresham and ZSJ even though they are far more heralded and celebrated. Those two bouts alone make this competent and adequate enough for a filler pandemic profile episode.
